Positive and Negative Space

Halloween Special- Inked

A cover variant that I was given permission to ink in for practice. I still have A LOT to learn, but I think it came out very nice for only my second time inking in something like this. =)

I am currently an Art Student for Game and Art Design but also have a strong love for the comic style and am learning how to ink them properly. I'm still trying to find my niche and personal style, but am like a sponge when it comes to leaning things and take in a bit of various styles and morph it into my own.


I'm also a geek that loves to sew and make costumes! I do love Japanese Animation, but my love for comic is still burning strong. I'm actually looking into making more of the comic styled costumes coming up in 2010.


As of right now, I do NOT take commissions since I feel like I still have a lot to learn before charging people for my art OR costumes. I sometimes barely even have time to work on my own personal stuff anyways.

So far doing well in class! It's not easy and the harder drawing stuff is due tomorrow, but I should be able to pull it off. I just wish I had more hours in a day so that I can go to work, get school work done, and actually still have some sort of life AND work on personal projects such as sewing and drawing my own stuff.


Should be starting new sewing projects in about a week, so I might post some progress shots! I WILL be posting more art as well since the next class is very heavy into drawing unlike this past one which was more typing and stuff since we were working on our High Concepts for a game we designed. I like mine, but it's pretty boring stuff for the most part, so not really worth posting here. ^^;

Anywho, YAY to free skins, even if it's for a limited time. I might eventually get a real membership here but eh. School supplies come first xD

That's my next class after the one I am in now. I'm in Game Design and Game Play and it's super serious. O.O Like, holy cow serious. I have Thadd and Jasmine in my class luckily, though I miss you and Mea already.

Dang, that class isn't even on my list yet! I wonder why it's so re-arranged now. This one is looking pretty serious too, like animation drawing all over again. My wrist hurts already just thinking about it ><
